Initial Staging Consultation $200-$250 (Based on Square Footage)
We will meet and discuss how we work, as well as how home staging can increase your home’s value to buyers. Lasting approximately 2 hours, the consultation includes a thorough room by room walk-through with you while discussing our recommendations, and an outline of our 8-step home staging process. Time permitting, we may demonstrate a quick room transformation showcasing the benefits of staging. A comprehensive Staging Report may be added for an additional fee.
Bronze DIY Staging/Consultation $299
We spend 3 hours with you, the seller, assessing your home from “curbside to back fence”. Together we will make detailed notes on profitable improvements you can make throughout your home, including paint color recommendations, furniture placement, home repairs and decluttering tips. To give a visual of what Home Staging can achieve, we will spend the final hour staging at least one key room with you. This service is perfect for the motivated do-it-yourselfer, and an advanced alternative to the Initial Staging Consultation.
Silver Staging (Half Day) $399 + Initial Consultation
A half day of Home Staging (approx. 4 hours) transforms several key main floor rooms, like the Living Room, Kitchen, Dining Room and Master Bedroom. You will see a noticeable improvement from just 4 hours of staging! We work with your existing furniture and bring in decorative accessories if needed. Our extensive accessory inventory is available for rent by the month with this service.
Gold Staging (Whole Day) $599 + Initial Consultation
Designed for homes 3500 square feet and under, a whole day of Home Staging transforms your home’s key rooms. Our continued focus is working with your furniture to make the most of what you have, and adding accessories if needed to modernize your home’s look. Staging props and accessories add the finishing touch to your beautifully staged home, and are available for rent with this service.
Platinum Staging (Two Day) $999 + Initial Consultation
A comprehensive service for luxury homes up to 5000 square feet. We take two days to stage your home and turn it into a buyer’s dream! All main areas of your home are staged, as well as key secondary rooms. Striking accessories complete the look and are available for rent by the month. As larger homes are notorious for taking longer to sell, we stage them with a buyer’s emotions and lifestyle in mind, giving you (the seller) a competitive edge in today’s savvy market. Platinum staging is the key to WOWING potential buyers and turning interest into offers!
Shopping Services $100/hour
Should you wish to purchase your own accessories rather than rent, we will work off an agreed-upon budget, and shop with you for those accessories that serve as investments in the sale/redesign of your home. Simple, inexpensive purchases go a long way in changing the look of a room. We know where to go, and can save you time and frustration in choosing the appropriate final touches.
Vacant Home Staging (Estimates available by app’t. Prices vary according to home size)
