About Us…

Serving the Greater Austin, Texas area, Conni Sugden is the founder and owner of Design Rewind. Comprehensively trained and certified by the Home Staging Resource (www.homestagingresource.com), she is also an active and proud member of the local chapter of RESA, the Real Estate Staging Association (www.realestatestagingassociation.com), as well as ASHSR, the American Society of Home Stagers and Redesigners (www.ashsr.com).

With a lifelong passion for creating welcoming, organized interiors, she is able to transform ho-hum houses into a buyer or owner’s dream. Accenting a home’s positive attributes while downplaying the negative aspects form the core of her staging/redesign strategy. Home organization is her specialty, and she is able to weave those elements throughout for more beautiful, livable homes.

Our goal is to make each house a staging/redesign success, and in the process create trustworthy relationships with our clients, real estate agents and vendor partners. Design Rewind is the “go to” staging company for the Greater Austin area.
